Age limit : Eligible candidate age should be upto 40 years, relaxable by 5 years in case of  SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case OBC candidates

Education Qua;lification: Candidate should have  Certificate of Competency as 1st Class Engineer (Motor) or (Steam and Motor) issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India. One year post qualification experience as Chief Engineer on a foreign going
